As an Argus customer, you can integrate the Fleetwise Pool Vehicle Booking System (PVBS) with your Argus account for automated vehicle bookings and enhanced business efficiency. To do this, follow our simple step-by-step guide below, and once completed, you'll be able to access the PVBS by clicking the Pool Booking button under Fleet Management on the Argus platform.
For Fleetwise PVBS customers, please note that you have a custom URL. This URL must be applied to your Argus Tracking account to enable access.
Steps to Set Up Pool Booking Linking
Step 1: Copy the URL of your Fleetwise Pool Vehicle Booking software.
Step 2: Log into your Argus Tracking account and head to Settings > Account Settings
Step 3: Click on the Account Details tab (you must be an administrator of your company Argus Tracking account to access this area).
Step 4: Paste the URL you copied from Fleetwise into the Pool Vehicle Booking URL box.
Step 5: Click the blue Save button to store the URL and activate the Pool Booking button.
The Pool Booking button is now activated. All users with access to Fleet Management can seamlessly connect to the Pool Booking website via their Argus account.
