How to Activate the Argus Tracking & GetHomeSafe Integration

Integrating Argus Tracking with GetHomeSafe enhances the safety and management of your fleet operations. Follow the steps below to activate this integration.

Activating the Integration

Step 1: To activate the Argus Tracking & GetHomeSafe integration, you'll need to be on our MIDI or OMNI plan. 

  • For MIDI or OMNI customers: Contact your Argus Tracking Account Manager to activate the integration.
  • For ASSIST, LOCI AND VISI customers: Log a support ticket to upgrade your plan. 

Please Note: This integration comes with an additional cost. Contact our team to learn more about pricing. 

Once your plan is upgraded we'll activate the integration on our end and notify you when you're ready to proceed to the next step. 

Step 2: After we've confirmed the integration is activated, you'll need to create an API key for GetHomeSafe. Follow the instructions provided here on how to generate your API key. Once the key is created, send it to the team at GetHomeSafe.

Step 3: GetHomeSafe will then work directly with you to finalise the integration on their end. They will notify you once the process is complete.
