If you're on our OMNI plan and would like to activate the Argus x Azure AD SSO integration, follow our step-by-step guide below:
Activating the Azure AD SSO Integration:
Step 1: Head to the Azure Portal and sign in - https://portal.azure.com/
Step 2: Navigate to an existing App Registration by clicking on the burger icon in the top left corner followed by Azure Active Directory in the sidebar.
Now click on App Registrations and select an existing App Registration.
Step 3: Head to API permissions on the sidebar to configure API Permissions.
* Note: Ensure the app requires at least User.Read permission. By default, this permission is automatically added when creating a new app.
Step 4: Copy the Client ID and Tenant ID by heading to Overview > Copy Application ID (Client ID) and Directory ID (Tenant ID).
Step 5: Head to your Argus Tracking Dashboard and navigate to Settings > SSO Management to enter the Client ID and Tenant ID from the previous step. Once entered, click the blue Save button.
A new box will appear under Tenant ID called Callback URL, copy this URL and head back to Azure AD.
Step 6: In Azure DD, navigate to Authentication > Web and paste the copied Callback URL in the box provided.
When done, scroll down the page and tick the ID tokens box, click the blue Save button.
Step 7: Head back to the Argus Website and sign in again to test the connection. To do this enter your email address in the top box and click the Sign in with Microsoft button.
A Microsoft box will come up asking for permission, click the blue Accept button. From there, you will be redirected to your Argus Dashboard if the email entered is recognized in our system.
You should now be successfully signed in Argus Tracking with your Microsoft account.
