Introducing the Stop Report
The Stop Report is one of our most comprehensive reports. It shows all the locations a vehicle (or group of vehicles) has stopped, how long the vehicle has stopped at each location, the travel time and travel distance between locations along with the arrival and departure times.
You are able to click on any address within the stop report and this will take you to a map view of that location, where you have the option to also use the satellite view on the map and utilise the street view guy as well. This is useful to use if a customer disputes that you were at their location.
The report breaks down the day for you like a digital logbook, with total travel time, the total stopped time, total stops and total km travelled per day.
This report enables you to identify any discrepancies in time sheets or workload. Details provided in this report include:
- Duration of stop
- Start/end time of the stop
- Distance travelled from the last stopping point
- Travelling time from the last stopping point
- Addresses for each stopping point
How does it work?
