Introducing the Asset Overdue Report

The Asset Overdue Report is a great tool to use when you want to identify any GPS units that have gone offline (and stopped updating their position). The report can provide you with the following data:

  • The details of the assets that have offline GPS units
  • The last reported location where the asset was
  • The last reported time and date of the asset
  • How long the asset has been offline for

What does 'offline' mean?

In the GPS Tracking & Fleet Management world, an offline unit simply means that the hardware has stopped communicating with our servers and you will not see any new position updates until it comes back online.

Handy Tip: To help us better help you, run this report regularly - the more information we have the better!

How does this report work?

Without running the report, our team gets notified when your unit/s has been offline for a minimum of 3 weeks. To get your units back online sooner, run this report and notify our team of the offline units and we'll get them back online for you ASAP.
