Check Sheet Reminders

What is a Check Sheet?

A Check Sheet is a tool designed to simplify vehicle and asset inspections. It enables businesses to create customized checklists for daily pre-starts, safety checks, and maintenance tracking. By using Check Sheets, companies can improve operational efficiency, enhance driver accountability, and support proactive vehicle maintenance.

What is a Check Sheet Reminder System?

The Check Sheet Reminder System automates notifications to remind drivers to complete a Check Sheet for their assigned vehicle. If a Check Sheet is not completed by its due date (up to 28 days before expiration), the system automatically alerts the appropriate team member when it becomes overdue.

Different Check Sheets may have varying completion frequencies (e.g., monthly, semi-annual, or annual inspections). The system allows you to set up separate reminders for each type, ensuring nothing gets missed.

If you need assistance setting up a Check Sheet Reminder, your Account Manager will be happy to help.

Check Sheet Alerts

  • Overdue Alert – Triggers 3 days after the due date if the check sheet hasn’t been submitted.
  • Reminder Alert – Sent 2 days before and on the due date.
  • If a check sheet is completed more than 28 days early, the due date does not change.
