How to Export a View History Report:
The View History Report gives you a complete line-by-line breakdown of your fleet's daily driving history. This report is not located on the reports page, it can instead be found by heading to Spectate > View History > View Travel History.
Step 2:
Select the asset you would like to 'View History On' and then 'Select History Options' to choose Yesterday, Today or Custom* dates.
* Note: If you choose the Custom date option, a pop-up will appear so that you can choose a specific date, start time and end time. To select these, click on the calendar icon next to each option (as shown below).
* To select the date you want to run the report for, click the calendar icon next to 'date' (as shown below). Repeat this step for start time and end time.
Step 3:
Once you've selected the time period you'd like to view, choose a report format by clicking the blue Export Report button. You can export the report in Web Version, PDF or CSV formats.
Map Display Options:
You can view your assets history data by selecting one of the 3 Map Display options - Geofences, Icons Key or Show as Line (see below).
Geofences:
Select the Geofences box to show geofenced areas for each asset on your view history map.
Icon Key:
Select the Icon Key box to display the Icon Key Legend of all the icons used in the map.
Once you've selected Icon Key, scroll down to view the Icon Key Legend that has now appeared under the map. This legend will explain what the various icons shown on the map mean.
Icon Key Legend Definitions:
Moving = The asset is currently moving.
Stopped Less 1 hour = The asset has been stopped for less than one hour
Stopped Over 1 hour = The asset has been stopped for longer than an hour but less than two hours.
Stopped Over 2 hours = The asset has been stopped for longer than two hours but less than three hours.
Stopped Over 3 hours = The asset has been stopped for longer than three hours.
SOS Alert = An SOS alert has been activated and the user requires emergency/immediate assistance. (These parameters can be set to your specifications and require additional hardware and installation).
Help Alert = A help alert has been activated and the user requires help. (These parameters can be set to your specifications and require additional hardware and installation).
Input Alert = An input has been activated. (Requires additional set-up and installation).
IoT = Shows where LOCI asset trackers have been/ are located.
Show As Line:
Select the Show As Line box to display the view history trip as a line instead of individual points. The colour of the line will vary according to the speed that the asset has travelled. For more information on line colours, read the What do the arrow and line colours mean? article.
