If the Argus Tracking App has previously been used by an administrator, and now needs to be used by a driver (or vice versa), the app will need to be reset to enable the other user profile functionality, otherwise it will revert to the previous User profile's settings.
Follow the instructions below to reset the Android app or watch the video at the bottom of the page:
Step 1
Hold your finger down on the Argus app icon to open the App info pop up.
(Note: press and hold your finger down until the pop up box opens, if you tap on the icon the app will open instead - you want the App info box to open).
Step 2
Tap anywhere in the App info pop up box to open the App info page.
Step 3
Tap on the Force Stop button.
Step 4
Select Ok in the pop up box.
Step 5
Click on Storage to open the storage page.
Step 6
On the Storage page, tap the Clear Cache button.
Step 7
In the Delete app data box, select Ok.
Step 8
Tap on the back arrow to go back to the App info page.
Step 9
Close the App info page to take you back to your device's main screen.
Step 10
Tap on the Argus app icon to open the app.
Step 11
A pop up box will open asking Allow Argus Tracking to take pictures and record video?
Select Allow.
Step 12
A second pop up box will open asking Allow Argus Tracking to access photos, media and files on your device?
Select Allow.
Step 13
Sign in to the app using the new login details.
