This report is designed to be used to ensure that your drivers are compliant and legally able to drive.

How to set up your drivers for the Drivers Licence Expiry Report:

To set up your drivers for the Drivers Licence Expiry Report, their driver's licence details need to be applied to their user profiles in order for the report to get this licence information.

Step 1: From your Argus Dashboard, head to Settings > Users and Drivers

Step 2: Click on edit next to the person whose licence information you wish to add/update.

Step 3: In the applicable boxes, fill in the Driver's Licence Number, Driver's Licence Version, Driver's Licence Class, and Driver's Licence Expiry. (See image below)

Step 4: When done, click the blue Save button.

Please note: The Driver's Licence Expiry Report will show licence details for all user profiles (where they have been entered) - this does not mean that all licences on the report are due to expire. Please check your notifications or the Driver's Licence Expiry section of the report to see which licences are due to expire.
