Fuel Watch is included in our OMNI plan or as an add-on to our MIDI plan. To enable Fuel Watch, please get in touch with your Account Manager here.
Once Fuel Watch is enabled on your Argus Dashboard, all we need is a copy of your CSV Fuel Transaction Reports from your fuel card supplier on a regular basis.
Follow the 3 steps below to setup Fuel Watch for BP, Cardlink, & UBT fuel cards:
- Login to your Fuel Card supplier's website or contact them directly.
- Set up an automated Transaction Report in CSV format.
- Check the format of the Transaction Report, it MUST match the example CSV reports attached below.
- Once you have confirmed the format is correct, set the automated report to send to our Fuel Watch email address fuelwatch@argustracking.com as regularly as possible.
Please note emails can only have ONE attachment per message.
