Introduction to the Driver Advanced Stop Report
The Advanced Stop report shows all the same information as the Driver Stop Report with the addition of being able to input driver start and finish times for the day. This report is useful for charging after-hours work and call-outs, and it's also handy to see if vehicles are being used for personal use.
How does it work?
We've put together a quick video to show you how to use the Driver Advanced Stop Report.
Step-by-step guide:
Step 1: From your Argus Dashboard, head to Reporting > Driver Advanced Stop Report
Step 2: Select the driver you'd like to report on
Step 3: Select a date range from the options listed (today, last month etc) or choose a customised range.
Step 4: Choose a report format (Web Version, Printer Friendly PDF or CSV)
Step 5: Input work start and work end times
Step 5: Choose a customised stop duration (e.g. 10 mins) or leave it at the default of 1 min.
Step 6: When done, click the blue Run Report button to finish.
