How to set up an emailed report

It's easy to set up emailed reports, simply follow the steps below to get started. 

Step 1: From your Dashboard, head to Reporting > Emailed Reports

Step 2: Click the blue 'Add Report' button 

Step 3: Fill out the following fields to customise your emailed report:

- Select a report to email 

- What period would you like the report to cover

- Asset/Group

- Add a Custom Description 

- Please send this report on the following day

- Send to 

Step 4: Click the blue 'Add Report' button to save your changes. 

Step 5 (optional): To generate, edit or delete these email reports simply click on the icons to the right of your customised emailed reports.
