Introduction to the Site Report
The Site Report shows how many times your vehicles have visited/stopped at a particular location. It can be used to backdate on any location a vehicle has stopped even when there is no geofence e.g. if you spot a driver visiting an undesirable address (e.g. their home) during work hours, you can then run the Site Report to see if this is frequent behaviour.
Please Note: The vehicle needs to be stopped at the location to appear on the site report. To see if a vehicle has been near a location or perhaps driven past but not necessarily stopped, use the Location Report.
How does it work?
There are two ways to run a Site Report - through Reports or directly through your Spectate map. We've put together some quick videos below to show you both ways.
Step 1: From your Argus Dashboard, head to Reporting > Site Report
Step 2: Select the asset/group you'd like to report on
Step 3: Select a date range from the options listed (today, last month etc) or choose a customised range
Step 4: Choose a report format (Web Version, Printer Friendly PDF or CSV)
Step 5: In the address field, begin typing in the address you'd like to report on and select the correct location from the results drop-down box. (If you are running the report from Spectate, the location is automatically populated.
Step 6: Type in the distance (m) you'd like to report on or leave at the default of 200 meters
Step 7: When done, click the blue Run Report button to finish
Step 1: From your Argus Dashboard, head to Spectate
Step 2: Right-click the spot on the map you'd like to run the report on (this will automatically input the latitude/longitude from the location you selected on the map).
Step 3: Follow steps 2-7 from the step-by-step guide above.
