Argus FleetHub Quick Start Guide

  • Updated

Argus FleetHub is where you book a pool vehicle, pick it up, and return it. This guide gets you from your first sign-in to your first completed booking.

What you need before you start

You'll need:

  • A FleetHub account – Your FleetHub administrator will create this for you.
  • Your welcome email – Once your account has been created, you'll receive a welcome email containing:
    • Your organisation code
    • A link to set your password
    • Your login email address (the same email address that received the welcome email)

Keep this email handy, as you'll need it the first time you sign in.

Note: The password setup link in your welcome email is valid for 24 hours. If the link expires before you use it, contact your FleetHub administrator to request a new welcome email.

  • Note: If you haven't received a welcome email and believe you should have access, contact your fleet administrator.

Make your first booking

Step 1: Create a booking

From the left-hand menu, select New Booking.

Complete the booking details:

  • Select a Vehicle Group.
  • Choose a Destination (if required).
  • Select your Pick Up (Start) and Drop Off (End) date and time.
  • Add Destination Notes or Driver Notes (optional).

If your booking includes an overnight stay, you may be asked whether Fringe Benefit Tax (FBT) applies. If you're unsure, check with your finance team before responding.

Note: If you selected an overnight booking, you'll be asked whether Fringe Benefit Tax (FBT) applies. Check with your finance team if you're not sure how to answer this.

Depending on your organisation's settings, some bookings may require approval before they're confirmed.

Picking up and returning the vehicle

If your site uses automatic tracking: you don't need to do anything. Driving out of the depot automatically marks your booking as picked up, and returning marks it as completed.

If your site uses manual pickup and drop-off: find your booking and select Pick Up when you collect the vehicle, and Drop Off when you return it. The Pick Up option becomes available shortly before your booking start time (usually around 30 minutes, depending on your organisation's settings).

Note: Before your pickup window opens, you can cancel the booking instead if you no longer need it.

If your plans change

If you need to change your booking details, vehicle selection, or cancel the booking - simply find the booking in the Booking Manager and click the action button to make any changes.
