Advanced Stop Report

Introducing the Advanced Stop Report

The Advanced Stop Report provides all the same information as the standard Stop Report, with the added ability to input custom work start and finish times for the day.

This report is especially useful for:

  • Charging after-hours work and call-outs
  • Monitoring overnight vehicle activity
  • Identifying potential personal vehicle use
  • Reviewing operational activity outside standard business hours

New Enhancement: Reverse Time Support for Night Shifts

The Advanced Stop Report has now been enhanced to better support overnight and night-shift reporting scenarios.

Previously, reports using time ranges that crossed midnight — for example 7:00pm to 6:00am — could incorrectly include trips occurring outside the selected reporting window.

This behaviour has now been corrected.

What’s Improved?

The report now:

  • Correctly handles reporting periods that cross midnight
  • Only includes trips occurring within the selected overnight timeframe
  • Supports more accurate reporting for after-hours operations
  • Improves visibility for organisations operating night shifts or overnight services

This enhancement provides greater flexibility for businesses that operate outside standard daytime hours and ensures reporting more accurately reflects overnight vehicle activity.

Support for flexible start and end time ranges has also been reviewed across related usage reporting functionality.
